We have developed a number of practical steps to undertaking security review of client networks. Through years of experience and understanding, we know how IT implementers and engineers implement various technologies and the common security shortcuts that are often taken in implementations.
We have been involved in IT and business security reviews for a significant period of time. This involvement stems from the CEO's experience with the provision of Audit based services in the Chartered Accounting arena. IT security reviews are a structured service, however they are approached with a very pragmatic mindset and are very mindful of the underlying Business Requirements and practicalities that must be balanced with the need for security. We assess not only the physical aspect of security but increasingly identify Management and the rights that attach to the physical data. |
